Go to console.firebase.google.com and sign in with Google.

Click "Add project" → name it GMM-CRM → disable Analytics → click Create.

Click the </> web icon → register app as GMM CRM → click Continue.

Copy the 6 firebaseConfig values shown on screen.

Open this HTML file in Notepad → find PASTE_YOUR_apiKey_HERE → replace all 6 placeholder values with your real values.

In Firebase console → Firestore Database → Create database → Start in test mode → Region: europe-west1 → Done.

Save the HTML file and re-upload to the web server. The CRM will load normally.
